Recently, a woman rang the doorbell to our main office with no appointment or specific request — all she knew was that she needed help. Our receptionist, Crystal, listened to her, buzzed her in, and said “Come on in. We’ll figure it out.”
This is the true spirit of Catholic Charities: answering the call from a neighbor in need, inviting them into the warmth of our agency, and figuring out how to help them with their challenges.
