Valentine’s Day at one of our Pre-K classes on the Near Westside include craft time, special treats, playtime with the class pet (a hermit crab) and a visit from Ms. Becky. Ms. Becky is a librarian at Mundy Branch Library, and the kids were excited to share Valentine’s with her.Â
Our Pre-K classes serve kids in many of Syracuse’s most poverty-stricken neighborhoods. Our teachers and teaching assistants provide vital support to kids to help them as they prepare for kindergarten. Our thanks to staff who go the extra mile to make special holiday celebrations possible, and many wishes of Happy Valentine’s to the donors who also lend support!Â
